THE PAIN

Despite the growing electrification rate in Sub-Saharan Africa, approximately 630 million African households lack access to reliable and sustainable energy sources, with remote areas being the most affected, thus causing a struggle in community development.

Communities have been unable to use digital technologies, power their homes, or operate modern farm equipment such as irrigation systems and farm processing facilities due to a lack of access to reliable energy sources, contributing to abject poverty and food insecurity.
